How do I work?
My process begins by you clicking this link to take you to the scheduling tool to set up a free 15-minute chat for us via Google Meet. We can then talk about what your goals are, logistics, and how we can coordinate. If it looks like it would benefit you to work with me, I’ll send you a coaching agreement that you can print out sign, and send back a scanned copy. Once you do that, I’ll set up your personal link that you can use to schedule sessions via Google Meet whenever you see an open spot that is convenient for you.
Depending on your specific needs and goals, we may use different kinds of tools such as a personality assessment (e.g., the Birkman), or my proprietary leadership and 360-degree assessment called the Fullview Leadership Profile. Or we may not need those at all. It all depends on what your needs are and what will work best for you.
