If we decide to work together, each coachee will receive a personal link to schedule sessions via Google Meet whenever there is an open spot convenient for them.  

Depending on your specific needs and goals, we may use different kinds of tools such as a personality assessment (e.g., we are an authorized Birkman provider), and/or the Fullview Leadership Profile.  Or we may not need those at all.  It all depends on what your needs are and what will work best for you.
